16 Beach Music

These rates are a guide only and are subject to change without prior notice. To be confirmed at time of booking.For bookings of seven days or more a refundable key / breakage deposit, equaling to one day’s rental amount, is required.

Conditions

• Minimum booking periods apply for Peak Season (Do enquire)
• 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due in cash on arrival
• In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking
• Arrival time:    14h00
• Departure Time:    10h00

Cancellation or No-show
No cancellations accepted for bookings in Peak Season unless we are able to obtain an alternative booking , the standard forfeiture of rental amount applies. ( All  South African School Holidays, Easter and Long weekends)

• 30 days or more before arrival: forfeit 20% of total rental amount
• Less than 30-15 days  before arrival: : Forfeit 50% of total rental amount
• Less than 15 days before arrival: Forfeit 100% of total booking amount

Right of Admission

• The right of admission to and the right to terminate a reservation in full or in part is reserved by the member’s establishment. In the event that this right is applied in full or in part, the establishment, at its discretion, has the right to retain any payment made and/or be paid the outstanding balance of the reservation value.
• To ensure your privacy we request that you do not invite any of your own guests to use facilities at 16 Beach Music.

CONDITIONS OF STAY OR VISIT

1. The owner cannot be held responsible for-

• 1.1 Any loss or damage to the property or possessions of any guest, resident or visitor, whether such damage was caused by fire, theft or otherwise, or by the negligence or the wrongful act or anyone in the employment of, or acting on behalf of the owner.
• 1.2 Any personal injuries of whatsoever nature, sustained by a guest, resident or visitor, whether such injuries were sustained by the negligence or wrongful act of anyone employed by the owner or any other person or by the defective functioning of any apparatus or appliance of the owner.

2. Any person who signs the register of 16 Beach Music and who is accompanied or visited by any other person, or who is to be accompanied or visited later by any other person, safeguard the owner against any responsibility towards any persons in the instances explained in the conditions in paragraph 1 (1.1) and (1.2) above.
3. Your attention is invited to -

• 3.1 The fact that accommodation in 16 Beach Music is provided on a cash basis only and that guests, visitors or residents must pay their accounts on arrival, or as otherwise arranged.

VOORWAARDES VAN VERBLYF OF BESOEK

1. Die eienaar word nie aanspreeklik gehou vir-

• 1.1 Enige verlies of skade aan die eiendom of besittings van enige gas inwoner of besoeker nie, hetsy sodanige skade deur brand, diefstal of andersins veroorsaak is, en hetsy sodanige skade veroorsaak is deur nalatigheid of onregmatige daad van enigeen in diens van of optrede namens die eienaar.
• 1.2 Enige persoonlike beserings van watter aard ook al, wat opgedoen word deur ‘n gas, Inwoner of besoeker nie, hetsy sodanige persoonlike beserings veroorsaak, is deur die nalatigheid of onregmatige daad van enige persoon in diens van die eienaar of enige ander persoon of deur die defektiewe werking van enige apparaat of toestel van die eienaar.

2. Enige persoon wat die register teken van 16 Beach Music en vergesel word deur enige ander persoon of later vergesel of besoek word deur enige ander persoon, vrywaar die eienaar van enige aanspreeklikheid teenoor sodanige ander persone in die gevalle soos uiteengesit in die voorwaardes in paragraaf1(1.1) en (1.2) hierbo.
3. U aandag word gevestig op-

• 3.1 Die feit dat verblyf in 16 Beach Music, slegs op ‘n kontantbasis verskaf word en dat gaste, besoekers of inwoners in die begin van hulle verblyf of soos andersins vooraf gereël daarvoor moet betaal.
